Before real estate, I earned my degree in the performing arts because I loved helping people grow in confidence and achieve their goals. I still teach dance and choreograph local theater productions today, and those experiences prepared me for real estate in more ways than I ever expected. Performing taught me to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, solve problems creatively, and always be prepared. Those same skills help my clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Real estate isn't just about contracts and negotiations. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different priorities. My job is to listen first, educate along the way, and create a strategy tailored to you, whether you're buying your first home, selling your forever home, or growing your investment portfolio.

I'm a firm believer that informed clients make the best decisions. That's why I continue investing in advanced education and have earned designations including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). More importantly, I use those skills every day to negotiate strategically, explain the process clearly, and help my clients feel confident from our first conversation through closing day.
